Pleasant location, 10 minutes by bus to the center.

Loud Chinese tour groups who have also cleared the breakfast buffet.

The breakfast offered was adequate with gluten free food. Standard twin room with WiFi, soaps plus fresh towels was ready when we checked-in.

The staff here are incredibly accommodating, the room is stylishly modern, and the breakfast is delicious and diverse.

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice too. The rooms were a good size and the lighting was great. The staff was super friendly

Everything was great during my business trip. The standard twin room, though unappealing in photos, was modern and suitable for 2 children.- The staff members were courteous and nice.

The fitness room is poorly equipped. To get to the center you need a car. Bad connection to public transport. No water dispenser in the gym. Free internet is weak.

The location was convenient, not too far from a hospital, and the staff were efficient and responsive, while my room had useful amenities like an electronic key card, a variety of television channels, and a desk. 

Staff at the front desk and the breakfast buffet was great. The waitress at the bar in the evening was not great, wanted to take the glass away, although the water bottle was still almost full. 

Spacious rooms with a yummy and diverse breakfast. The vibe in the rooms was peaceful and quiet. 🌿

The breakfast offered here is satisfying and one of the highlights of the stay.

The service was very friendly and helpful. The hair dryer installed in the room did not work. From the reception I immediately received a very good replacement device. Mineral water could be bought cheaply in the hotel. 

The breakfast at this place was fantastic with delicious savory options, and the modern decor and beautiful views were a pleasant surprise.

The hotel was perfect for our first night in Italy, and car parking was simple. The centre of Pisa was 10 minutes by car, but taxis were easily arranged. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were
