Pleasant location, 10 minutes by bus to the center.

Loud Chinese tour groups who have also cleared the breakfast buffet.

Had a blast with the kids! The front desk staff made sure we had two rooms next to each other which really helped us keep an eye on the little ones. They even had high chairs ready for breakfast!

It wasn't exactly economical but still acceptable for a family looking for convenience.

The breakfast offered was adequate with gluten free food. Standard twin room with WiFi, soaps plus fresh towels was ready when we checked-in.

The fitness room is poorly equipped. To get to the center you need a car. Bad connection to public transport. No water dispenser in the gym. Free internet is weak.

Check the dining room opening times in advance for more selection during your stay. Nearby grocery store has a nice wine collection worth exploring.

Staff at the front desk and the breakfast buffet was great. The waitress at the bar in the evening was not great, wanted to take the glass away, although the water bottle was still almost full. A compliment to the...  

The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was nice too. The rooms were a good size and the lighting was great. The staff was super friendly

Staff were helpful and spoke good English. I also appreciated the breakfast with a variety of options including dairy-free milks for my intolerance, just a nice touch for someone like me.

It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable for the level of service we received.

The room was clean and with a modern finish. The staff are friendly on the reception desk and efficient with the check in/ out proceedures.

No menu in rooms for room service, staff wanted to state the menu verbally on the phone instead of delivering a menu to the room. Free breakfast buffet was satisfactory however, the kitchen staff seemed bothered to replenish items.

The service was very friendly and helpful. The hair dryer installed in the room did not work. From the reception I immediately received a very good replacement device. Mineral water could be bought cheaply in the hotel....  

Breakfast offered a good variety, including dairy-free options, though the quality did vary. Despite the clean and quiet atmosphere, the overall dining experience fell short, and an upgrade could have been beneficial given the low occupancy .

The hotel was perfect for our first night in Italy, and car parking was simple. The centre of Pisa was 10 minutes by car, but taxis were easily arranged. Breakfast was delicious, and the...

The AC Pisa is a very modern hotel, with very modern and comfortable rooms. Service is good, and the hotel itself was great.

The only bad thing about the AC Pisa is its location. Its quite far from the city center, so if you stay here you will need to use taxis to get around (there's a bus, but if you decide to go out at night better off to take a cab)
